Our approach to refunds for LEAPSAIL advisory services.

Advisory fees

Because our work begins immediately and involves professional time, advisory and consultation fees are generally non-refundable once work has started.

Consular fees

Government and embassy fees are paid directly to the relevant authority and are outside LEAPSAIL’s control; refunds for those are subject to the authority’s own rules.
